One of our hotter jams. A versatile jam with toasted garlic flakes which makes it excellent for glazing, noodle dishes and adding to pizza.

Ingredients: bell peppers, tomatoes, sugar, apple cider vinegar, ginger, garlic, scotch bonnet, naga, garlic flakes (sulphur dioxide), thyme, sea salt.
