Our daughter's favourite! With its notes of apricot, it is mild and pairs beautifully with cheese, especially halloumi.

Ingredients: bell peppers, tomatoes, sugar, apple cider vinegar, ginger, garlic, habanero chilli, thyme, sea salt.
