A smoky, rich chilli jam, with a distinct and delicious combination of sweet, savoury and spiciness.

This chilli jam was inspired when we realised we needed a condiment for all our summer BBQ's! The smoky flavour works incredibly as a marinade as the sugar caramelises when cooked, or as a condiment or dip for red meat.
